Hey Y'all!

Hey Y’all!  I’m Carrie.  Wife, mother to 2 boys, and a Health and Fitness Coach.  My life is never boring!  It wasn’t always like this though.  

At the end of 2016 I decided I needed to change my life.  I was 6 months postpartum with my second son and I had been fighting postpartum depression.  I was not in a healthy place mentally or physically.  I wasn’t able to lose my baby weight, I was struggling with nursing, and I wasn’t able to balance taking care of everyone else and myself.  

So I decided to make changes to my life to make me a better mom, wife, and person.  So I threw myself into yoga, jogging, meditation, healthy eating and self care.  And I can tell you now that it’s made me a different person.  

I still struggle because I’m human and make mistakes, but I am far from where I was.  In Nov ‘17 I decided I needed to share my journey and help others get through their hard times of feeling alone like I did.  

I want to be a support system to motivate others to have a happy and healthy life by being a coach. I have so much passion and enthusiasm to continue on my health and fitness journey and encourage others to do the same.
