Hi, I’m Carrie. Wife and mother of 2 very active boys that are both under 4. I know first hand how busy life can be and how our needs can be put aside when we are taking care of everyone else. 2017 was a year of self discovery to escape postpartum depression by getting healthy mentally and physically. Through healthy eating, yoga, and trying a ton of different fitness programs. By the end of the year I have started helping others on their path to a healthier self and I would love to connect with you on your path! It’s my mission to help others find a balance between taking care of everything that needs to be done and taking care of yourself, because you can’t pour from an empty cup. Taking care of yourself is essential to being the best wife, mom, and person you can be. I would love to work with you to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
